About Us

Dr. Aponte is a board-certified anesthesiologist who was born and raised here in the Valley of the Sun. She graduated from Barry Goldwater High School and Harvard College before receiving her medical doctorate at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She returned to Cambridge to serve her internal medicine internship year at the Harvard affiliated Mount Auburn Hospital. She completed her anesthesia residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital and New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital – Columbia University Medical Center in 2010.

Dr. Aponte returned to Arizona to start her anesthesia practice in the East Valley and joined Canyon State Anesthesiologists in 2018. Her primary specializations are ambulatory anesthesia and advanced airway management.

Dr. Garby is dedicated to partnering with her patients throughout their healthcare journey, taking a collaborative approach to diagnosis, treatment, and long-term wellness. A practicing interventional specialist in the Valley for more than 20 years, she has extensive expertise in fibroid embolization, pelvic congestion syndrome treatment, and the management of spider and varicose veins.

After decades of caring for women, Dr. Garby expanded her practice to include hormone replacement therapy, peptide-assisted weight management, and non-invasive urinary incontinence treatments in response to the growing demand for comprehensive wellness solutions. Her goal is to help patients feel their best—both inside and out—by addressing health concerns that impact quality of life, confidence, and overall well-being.

As more women experienced the benefits of these therapies, many encouraged their partners to seek care as well. Today, Dr. Garby proudly provides these services to both women and men, helping patients achieve healthier, more vibrant lives at every stage of adulthood

Kelly has been in the Medical Aesthetic industry for over 25 years. She started her career and training under world renowned Dr. Stephen W. Perkins, MD (past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery). Throughout her career, she has worked with multiple respected Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and top laser companies providing, high end medical aesthetic services and clinical education.

As a Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN) and a Licensed Aesthetician (LE) she focuses on anti-aging procedures and a variety of cutting edge laser treatments. The treatments Kelly offers include Skin tightening, Radio Frequency Microneedling, Cosmetic injections, Micro Needling, Chemical peels,PRP, IPL, Laser Hair reduction, Tatoo removal, Non ablative and Ablative laser resurfacing, and customized Aqua/Dermafacials.

In addition to her clinical work, Kelly has served as a Clinical Educator for over 20 years, working with leading aesthetic technology companies such as Ulthera, Alma, and Lumenis Lasers. This experience keeps her at the forefront of the latest innovations in the industry.

Kelly’s mission is to help every client maintain a youthful appearance while enjoying every step of their aesthetic journey.

Rebecca has been a Registered Nurse for 26 years with more than two decades working alongside plastic surgeons. One of the most rewarding aspects of Rebecca’s work is seeing the confidence and happiness patients experience after surgery. She appreciates helping patients achieve results that look natural and refreshed, enhancing their appearance while still looking like themselves.

Rebecca is committed to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the process. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading, and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Brady serves as Dr. Rowley’s Billing Coordinator, assisting medical insurance patients as they navigate the often-complicated insurance process. With her experience and attention to detail, she strives to make the billing process easier to understand and less stressful for patients.

Brady graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in 2006 and has worked in medical billing since 2001. In 2011, she began focusing on plastic and reconstructive surgery billing, where she has developed extensive knowledge and experience.

Brady has been married to her spouse since 2004, and together they have three wonderful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and places a strong personal emphasis on health and wellness.

Michele is our Office Manager and Surgery Scheduler Coordinator; expertly coordinating every detail of the surgical process while ensuring our office runs efficiently and smoothly. With over five years as our Office manager and more than 8 years of surgery scheduling experience, she brings both expertise and consistency to every patient interaction.

Known for her professional presence, exceptional organization, clear communication, and patient first- approach, Michele helps create a stress free and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Outside of the office, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, friends as well as her two adorable loveable fur babies.

Michele (Mitch) brings a friendly, professional presence to our front desk, with two years of dermatology experience and a strong background in administration. She is dedicated to making every patient feel welcome and ensuring a smooth, positive visit.

Outside of work, Michelle (Mitch) enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, golfing, and soaking up the beautiful weather
